The Jersey Devil

Mother Leeds was said to have had 12 children, but her 13th child was to be the most infamous.

The creature was described as a winged, horse-like beast with hooves and a goat-like head. Its eyes glowed with an otherworldly light, and its presence was accompanied by an unearthly scream, a sound that could curdle blood.

The Jersey Devil was said to haunt the Pine Barrens, terrorizing locals and travelers alike. It was blamed for strange occurrences, such as unexplained fires, destroyed crops, and even the disappearance of children.

But the Jersey Devil was not a solitary creature. According to legend, it had a family, a brood of devilish creatures that roamed the Pine Barrens, spreading terror and despair.
