Beauty in Darkness 🐦‍🔥

 

Beneath the moon's silvered gaze,

Where shadows dance, and darkness sways,

A tale of fire and ancient might,

Unfolds like a dark, and mystic night.

A girl, a flame, a burning soul,

Left to ashes, without a goal,

You set her ablaze, with reckless might,

And walked away, into the endless night.

But little did you know, she'd rise,

A phoenix born, from burning skies,

Her heart aflame, her spirit bright,

She danced with death, in endless night.

The flames that consumed, also refined,

Her beauty shone, like a dark design,

In darkness, she found her might,

A power that grew, with each passing night.

Her eyes, like embers, glowed with fire,

As she rose, from the ashes, higher,

You thought you'd destroyed, her light,

But in the darkness, it shone brighter still tonight.

A beacon in the black, a guiding star,

That drew you in, like a moth to scar,

She was a phoenix, all along,

Rising from the ashes, strong.

Her beauty, forged, in fire and pain,

A darkness, that would drive you insane,

Now, she's a creature, of the night,

A being, born of fire and light.

Her heart, a burning coal,

That fuels her power, her soul,

You may have set her ablaze,

But she rose, in a fiery haze.

A phoenix, reborn, anew,

A beauty, that would haunt you, forever true,

In the darkness, she'd find her way,

A path, that's lit, by flames that sway.

And though you thought, you'd destroyed her might,

She rose, a phoenix, in the dark of night,

With wings outstretched, and eyes aglow,

She'll haunt your dreams, and make you know.

The fire that burned, the ashes cold,

Concealed a strength, that would never grow old,

A power that simmered, beneath the surface deep,

A phoenix's spirit, that would forever keep.

Her rise, a testament, to her unbroken will,

A beauty, born, of fire and darkness still,

A creature, forged, in flames and night,

A phoenix, risen, with a fierce, and burning light.

This poem explores the theme of finding beauty in darkness and the transformative power of fire. The phoenix is a symbol of rebirth & resilience, & the poem suggests that the girl's experiences have given her a newfound strength and power.
